Dave is the Managing Partner at Geiszler Steele, PC. Dave was born and raised in Colorado. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law.
Tim Geiszler holds an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and received his law degree from the University of Montana in 1980. Tim Geiszler has been in private practice in Montana since 1980, and is admitted to the Montana State Courts, Federal District Courts of Montana, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Tribal Court of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes.
Dave holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah. He earned his law degree at the University of Montana School of Law where he served as an editor on the Public Land and Resources Law Review. During law school Dave served as an intern law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Dana R. Christensen of the United States District Court in Missoula, Montana. After law school, Dave worked as a term law clerk for the Honorable Michael E. Wheat at the Montana Supreme Court.
Katie Lilje has worked in the legal field for eight years, primarily in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, commercial transactions and contracts, construction law, and property and real estate transactions. Katie also assists with estate planning and probate matters. Prior to settling down in Missoula, Katie attended the paralegal studies program at Edmonds College in Seattle, Washington. Katie is a current member of the Montana Association of Legal Assistants. In her free time, Katie is an active member of her community who enjoys volunteering for Missoula’s many arts and music festivals, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
